Description: This modification is good for highlighting topics and makeing them important. Administrator can choose how to highlight the topic via ACP. These are available options: change the color of topic title, make the topic title blinking, set the topic title to italic, change font size of topic title, make topic title uppercase or change color of topic background in viewforum.php. Administrator can choose if moderators can highlight topics too.
